Independent Steps Video Series

Independent Steps is a bilingual video series by CAPA SEEDS, designed to support children with developmental disabilities and their families in building daily living skills.

Through real-life examples, the series demonstrates how structured strategies, visual supports, and interest-based approaches can help children gradually build independence in everyday routines.

These videos are developed through collaboration between parents and professionals, offering practical and actionable strategies for families to use at home.

We hope this series brings encouragement and support to more families.

This project was funded in part through a SpArc Tank Innovations Grant from The Arc Maryland.
