County Government Summer Intership
County Executive Allan Kittleman invites rising juniors or seniors in high school and college students for summer internship with Howard County Government. Duties and time commitment are flexible. For the County Executive’s office, they prefer students with interest in government and political science.
Any students interested in a summer internship can email their resume and cover letter to David Lee at DKLee@howardcountymd.gov.

Temple University School of Media and Communication • July 22 – 27, 2017
JCamp is a six-day intensive, multicultural journalism training program for high school students. Students learn from professional journalists and get hands-on training in writing, reporting, photography, television and radio broadcasting, online media and data journalism. Sessions and workshops are led by experienced journalists from top media companies. JCamp is an all-expenses-paid program with travel, meals and lodging covered by AAJA’s donors and partners.
